People don’t often think about what kind of stress they put on their bodies. They drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, don’t get enough sleep and then they wonder why they have health problems. And when they do feel sick, the first thing they do is turn to medicine, which only adds more foreign chemicals to the body.
